Join certified yoga instructor Cole Chance for a 20-minute yoga sequence for lower back pains! In this class, expect to be brought through a series of deep stretches that will work on opening the lower back. Often we do yoga and move through the day while still experiencing back pains, this class will bring more ease into the lower back, restoring the body by giving relief to our back! This class was SO good. Such clear, useful, and poised instruction. Chronic low back issues here and I learned A LOT from this video. Feel so blessed to be a midwestern Dad bod in his 40's who can log on to a KZbin lesson from a professional teacher in a Guatemalan tree house, haha.

Thanks Cole. I always discover many ways to come into a pose & feeling the stretch with ease instead of a struggle. That is what yoga is. Not the shape we can get into rather a feel of the stretch in our own body. You bring us into the practice so gracefully. ❤️👍🙏

Such a yummy practice for my sides! I didn’t know how much I needed this. I will be saving this one! One tip for traveling, I use an airplane or travel half circle pillow around my waist for support on a plane, or I even have one in my car. The best ones are the taller, wider ones that hug the waist. Have a great day and thanks again, Namaste 🙏

Hey Cole, I have been doing yoga with you for the past decade through KZbin. This was a new class to me and it was really helpful ! No twists for me and no lying on my belly but I have a lot of chronic illness and many spine injuries :( This was really amazing how much I got to stretch the top part of my lower back and release my ribs. I am stuck in quarantine here in Maine and I cannot see my osteopath for I don't know how long but this will be on my playlist for realigning🐙thank you thank you Listen to your body and chill out in a comfortable pose if you cannot do certain postures. Be very careful if you have injuries or chronic illness;) this was especially helpful for the endometriosis pain I'm dealing with While this pandemic is going on it's so important that we use our own healing systems everyday, keeping our mind and body and heart and check You are such a Healer and bringer of light thank you so much for sharing your Alchemy. If it wasn't for your free videos on KZbin I would not be able to create such a healing yoga practice, be well XOXO

This is exactly what I have been looking for, hitting the area of my back that I knew wasn’t sciatic pain. I too have a severe anterior pelvic tilt so my lower back is always bothering me. I have so much gratitude and love for you Cole! Today I practiced yoga with someone who did not instruct us on how to set up poses correctly. The approach was advanced Yoga for Beginners. If I hadn't had your instructions in my head I would have gotten hurt today. I saw several people that got hurt badly. I am so grateful to the universe for sending you my way. I truly love you Cole!

It's taken me awhile to finally do this. Oh so good! My spine also does an anterior tilt so most of these felt ah.mazing. LOVED child's pose with a pillow! I've never thought of doing that. That felt so good. I'll be coming back to this for sure.

Day37 much needed! I hurt in the same place you hurt. My left side feels fused. I def have pain in my SI joint. I believe I will heal this through yoga. Do you have any more videos on hip opening, including hamstring quad and calf? I do a few of your oldschool vids💕💕💕

This was an absolute delicious! The last two were incredibly helpful. The laying down for de anterior tilt was so relaxing and restorative!!! I also have a natural exaggerated anterior tilt and I have to compensate it with core exercises and yoga because if not, my lower back starts to hurt. Thank you so much Cole!

Thanks Coles this was so helpful with releasing my back tension! xx And it was great to learn about the anterior tilt, you've been able to put a name to where all my pain comes from! This might be too personal so please don't feel obligated to answer, but I was wondering if you ever experience trouble going to the bathroom? I myself struggle with chronic constipation and pelvic pain and im now wondering if it might have something to do with this anterior tilt.. I over extend my small torso pretty bad at times! Thanks so much, sincerely Mel xx

Even though I don't get back pain my lower back gets really tight from fast walking, and I have scoliosis which doesn't help. This was a great sampler plate Cole, thank you, I felt some of the stretches even into my upper hips (I have tight hips to work with too!) 😊

@@COLECHANCEYOGACCY i did it very gently and more i did it less painful it is!! My hips are soooo tight and my lower back as well ^^ I'll do some happy hip routine from you later or tomorow ^^ Love you girl! You're amazing!

Hmm, I don’t think any are better/worse per day but i film in more locations and and with my dog on this channel! These are the self produced ones so I prob do put more love into these!

Lying with my hips on pillow actually made my low back hurt. But all other stretches were yummy. I was surprised how good the stretch with legs out straight and one bent in felt for my lats 🤗
