While others either didn’t hear it or understand it waiting to see if the panel applauds. One of the host had to say you can clap for that as if now they give permission to agree and clap. For a show called the view they sure make it clear there’s only one view point and it’s theirs. If you dare to challenge their view they get heated they insult they get very condescending they might even end the interview and kick you out the building cursing you out on the way out the door. The show shouldn’t be called the view it should be called their view points. Never have I understood these women on the show throughout the years talking about race poverty immigration and everything else they think they are experts on when it comes to politics being they are all rich living comfortable and have no clue what it means for the average American who might vote a certain way because they are impacted directly by political agendas that might not be in favor for that person. One of the things that bugs me about Sunny is how she thinks she speaks for ALL black people and how if you're a black person who does not think exactly like her, you are a traitor or an Uncle Tom or whatever. While this is an on going battle that takes all of us to get through together, where I draw the line is when Sunny starts talking as if she knows every black person in this country. I'm a black man, I don't need Sunny to speak for me. I can take care of and speak up for myself. I appreciate Sunny for continuing to call out injustices to our people when that happens. Yes, I didn't have any money growing up because my mom was a widowed, single mom, and then she became disabled when I was 15. My family had only been in the country eight years when my father passed. Today, my household income is top 7%. I own a home in a city that borders Malibu, and I retired at 62. We must stop telling Black and Brown children that their race is a hindrance to success. To her it was a good reason, because the race grifters have to get real if we all realize Coleman is right. She has been able to say so many things that happen to her or other african americans is simply due to racism, or that we need to focus 20% of our time and energy on racism. When in reality, we only need to focus 5%, and we are doing a lot better in America than she wants us to believe, or others like Robin D. Angelo, who she backed big time.

Sunny asked the gentleman to explain himself and to not take the words of others, like MLK, out of context to suit his own opinion or hypothesis (not to create alternative facts or half truths). I personally feel that racism in America will not end until Jesus returns, similar to the conflict between Israel and Palestine ( they were fighting before Jesus and they will be fighting when Jesus returns, they no longer know what they are fighting about or who or what the fight is about).

I learned about Booker T Washington when I attended high school in Memphis Tennesee. That was 45 years ago.

That’s one person in history not black history but just American history. When I was in school black history was MLK, Rosa Parks. Black history should not be taught in schools it should be included with U.S history. Since we are apart of this nation foundation

@@Harlem1mentality If you really want black history you would actually have to go back to Africa and find it there. If you want the history of American slavery, that is covered in American history. Most history on any given topic is a paragraph or 2, it is skimmed over and not something that really even covers it well or Indepth. You can go on to college and get much more historical information and that goes for all history.
