My family used Coleman lanterns and stoves on all our camping trips when I was a kid, and I continued using them for my own trips when I went out on my own. I still have my Coleman gear packed away up in the garage waiting patiently for the next trip. I’m 64 years old now so that tells you how long this has been going on. Quality lasts a lifetime.

Thank you for commenting and watching my video, I really appreciate it!! I use my coleman lanterns throughout the year. If I’m sitting on my deck I will light a lantern have the tiki torches lite. Have a cigar with some Jimmy Buffett playing. Good times. I love it. Thanks again! PA

I just purchased one on FB. I wanted to learn more about it and ur video was perfect! When I first opened the case I felt duped. I felt gypped because I was unaware that it was the tiny one. It looks like a toy my toddler would play with. Lo and behold you put my concerns to rest. Thank you!

I love the old Coleman camping gear. I have the two mantle model 286A that I've had longer than I can remember, as well as my Coleman two burner stove. I was recently able to find a spare pump plunger and some other, may need later parts for both.

Thanks for watching my video and commenting! There is a website called old coleman parts.com. They have everything you need to rebuild any lantern and I think stove.

I used to have a Lantern that used propane cylinders to power it you didn't have to pump it but you did have to carry the propane cylinders around with you. Great little video. Awesome little light. Echo

I have used Colman since the 70's. Better than propane I think. I have the new high output dual fuel now for 7 years.. Want another? I like that small one, didn't even know they had that one. Got the old stove too.

@@pareloader5989 That's awesome you got that. Great price. I go to antique stores here in Georgia and sometimes I find some old Coleman stoves hanging around or sitting on shelves and some of them looking pretty good condition and they're reasonably priced I just never bought one, I guess I should. I'm starting to get better PA. Have had 2 shots and a 3rrd one coming. I still hurt but not as bad. Thanks for asking.

Thanks for checking out my video and commenting! Really appreciate it. Yeah I had no idea that they made that lantern either until a buddy of mine said I'll sell this to you for $5 bucks. I snatched it up. Goes with me one every canoe trip. You can find them on eBay. Not sure if they still make them but they go for $85 to $100 dollars. Not cheap. Anyway thanks again for the support! Thanks for watching my video and commenting! Really appreciate it! That’s awesome that you got one. We just had are spring canoe trip on the 22nd. The little guy goes with me on every trip. Hung it from a tree limb and she burned for hours with an occasional few pumps. FYI we do two canoe trips a year. We have a little company called Jolly Roger Paddles. Started back in 2003 when we started are trips. We just had are 46 trip and it was are 20 year anniversary. Anyway we started making bent shaft canoe paddles and that’s how it all started. If you go on Facebook and search Jolly Roger paddles you can see maps and pictures of all are trips. Not sure if your into that stuff but it’s pretty neat. Take care and stay safe. PA
