We recently went on a road trip to North Carolina and stopped in Bentonville, Arkansas, on our way there. We met up with Cody from the Lunch Ride MTB Channel, as well as his friends Travis and Matt. The OZ (Ozark) Trails in Bentonville were so much fun - with tons of jumps, rollers, berms, as well as wooden and metal structures to play around on! It was also just great to meet up with some old friends who share our love of mountain biking! This video was filmed on the Coler MTB Preserve trails - stay tuned for the Slaughter Pen trails in Bentonville, coming out next week!
Definitely check out Cody's KZbin channel, Lunch Ride! He makes beautiful, fun, informational videos, and he's also a wonderful narrator! / @lunchride

Coler was so fun. I had such a great day even though I ate it so hard in Slaughter Pen... my finger is still swollen a little. Can't wait to see you all again!

Man that structure at 4:40 is dope. And that road gap at 8:18 I've seen in other videos and it looks amazing, too. I really hope that next spring when my wife and I take our annual trip to New Orleans to visit her family that we can stop off in Bentonville for a few days - I'd love to see just how big that road gap is and film myself giving it a go.

It was so much fun to ride there - definitely worth spending even a few days if you can afford it time-wise. They have tons of fun structures and features (some of which were too scary for me - but fun to watch other people). I hope you have a great time!

What?! You were here? Glad you liked it. There’s even more, but Coler does have a nice variety.

What!? I was just there (drove out from Denver) in mid July! Be sure to check out Blowing Springs too. I missed some of those Coler sections... too dang hot and humid for more than a couple hours of riding. Definitely going back in a better season. Hit up the swim beach at Prairie Creek if you need to cool off at the end of the day.

Kiyoshi Yamashita top tip: there’s a place to take a dip in the middle of the Karst loop at Hobbs state park!

Christina Petroski noted! We were camping at prairie creek so it made for a good end-of-day cool down. But a mid-ride dip would have done wonders too.

It was definitely quite warm and humid, but still worth the ride! We also camped at Prairie Creek too! We didn't get to go swimming though :(
