I was a Honda guy for years and wanted a change. It seemed like as a manufacturer, KTM was putting a ton of work into their bikes. I switched to KTM and have been on one for 3 years. I am very pleased with my KTM. I loved my Honda’s but I love my KTM also. Both are great machine’s.

@@DuecedYT Which 250? CRF250R? Congrats man! I've heard good things about the 250's but still would prefer the Ktm chassis over the Honda. Plus the Clutch, hydro clutch, breaks, air filter, weight of the bike, lack of cooling issues some Honda's have, etc make the KTM worth it. If it's the same dealer I'd talk about price at least and see how much more It'd be! I grew up on Honda's and love them but honestly after this KTM I'm not going back! Only negative is the fork and having to check it. It performs well but is extra hassle!

Definitely a Honda fan here, but that really sucks that corporate doesn't appreciate your value. Especially with the 450L build. The Dual Sport market is the fastest growing segment right now AND it was a brand new motorcycle you effectively promoted. You should get KTM to support a 500exc "triple sport" build. Get Kreft Moto to do the suspension, then go do an adventure ride, singletrack enduro, and race it.
@JohnHowerton1374 жыл бұрын
Cole is probably the only reason Honda sold any 450Ls. Haha! The dealer has their first 450L still sitting next to the 500EXCs that keep rolling out the door. Probably should move it over by the KLR250 section. Not saying it's a bad bike, but don't look at it next to a 500EXC, the value just isn't there.
