Colibri was one of the biggest players in the cigar lighter market, suddenly died and has now been resurrected. It is offering a new, nicely-priced line of Rocky Patel-branded lighters for the holidays, including special models that salute his 10th Anniversary, Vintage and Edge lines.

Vector is made in the USA, Commerce Ca. I don't know about Xikar but it's more than likely it's made in the USA as well.

I have to question that Vector is manufactured stateside. I do not doubt that the company KGM has it's corporate headquarters here but I would be surprised if that their CA location is a manufacturing facility. On Vector KGM's website they have a link for "Prospective Vendors: If you are a supplier wanting to submit products for consideration by our purchasing dept". That it's made abroad by another company, not unlike Apple and Foxconn.

I purchased a rocky patel decade lighter. Now my concern is on the bottom of my lighter, it's stamped CHINA (also it's kind of off center). Are these lighters made in CHINA? Also it is stamped 322/100 in a greyish paint on the top of the lighter under the cap. In your opinion, could it be a fake?
