How would you react if you believed everything in your life was not going your way? Would you face the adversity or would you want to give up? Everyday we’re presented with challenges that can make or break us. It is on me to explore different solutions and take care of my mental health. Life can be tremendously hard, to the point where I want to blame everyone else and find excuses for my current situations. I must take responsibility for my actions, blunders, and misfortunes. No one is coming to save me. If I’m stuck in the trenches, I must take the necessary steps it requires to pull myself out of the hell I created. Regardless of what we’re going through, I promise you there is hope. We can live to see a better day, so please hold on.

Celebrated 2 years 4/20/24 And since my anxiety- depression -adhd- complex ptsd - bi polar Is getting better- still not well - but I am better - And I don’t think I even want to be all the way well- shit- I am an addict- The same obsessive thinking that made me pick up and abuse substances- makes me a beast- at the things I do when free from chemical induced fog- If you are an addict- trust me - stay clean - if we do - we kill it in life- just find what you enjoy doing And do that like an addict

I am on day 8, well almost 9 days, I know it’s only 9 days but I do feel a lot better right now. Do I want a drink, yup sure do. My motto is 1 leads to 4, 4 leads to 8 and that’s not great, lol I keep saying it everyday n seems to help me. I am biking 🚴‍♂️ 15-20 miles on my days off like I’ve done for past 8 years now just need to get off the alcohol n focus on me n my beautiful goddaughter!
