I am on day 8, well almost 9 days, I know it’s only 9 days but I do feel a lot better right now. Do I want a drink, yup sure do. My motto is 1 leads to 4, 4 leads to 8 and that’s not great, lol I keep saying it everyday n seems to help me. I am biking 🚴‍♂️ 15-20 miles on my days off like I’ve done for past 8 years now just need to get off the alcohol n focus on me n my beautiful goddaughter! She is most important to me, won’t be around if I keep drinking everyday! Thanks a lot man your a huge motivation n great influence! Much ❤️….
