I always liked Men at Work. First heard them back in Junior Highschool, and bought their Business as Usual and Cargo albums and wore them out. Years and years later I heard Colin was coming to Birmingham Alabama Library Theatre. We live in Georgia (neighboring state), and i figured even though it would be a bit of a drive, it would be interesting see him in a small, intimate setting. This was back in in 2007 or 2008. I went to 7 of the Police reunion shows... my favorite band ever. And this little show at the Library Theatre was my favorite concert that year hands down.. No question. I was just blown away. Amazed by this man's ability to connect to us through his music.

Ironically, it's the Men at Work albums that allow Colin to write/sing/play like he does now, and us to enjoy how tasteful his music is without record companies turning it into commercial pop.
