Love this version of Colin's theme, frigging took what was good on the GBA and made it absolutely ace on the DS. I actually enjoyed almost all the DS arrangements of the Advance Wars CO themes. The only one that was an absolute swing and a miss was Nell's, this one is a swing and a home run.

Colin was always my favorite CO, and his theme one of my favorites as well. :) Right now I'm working on recreating his theme with realistic sounding instruments. Don't have a whole lot done on it, but it's already sounding pretty good.

So, as I remember, Billy Gates recieves 10k gold as his day to day power. So it really depends on a map you play, because - the less properties Colin can get, the harder it would be to survive. I think they're pretty much tied in power, unless they play DoR tiny vs maps.

Funny thing is, Kanbei is actually better than him and he don't need money talent investement. Well depend on the map. If you dont have airport, then Kanbei WASH him, but if there is one, Colin can use the Missille unit that land 3hp on everyone in a +2 square and then you're fucked. One time I played my bro who play Colin with my Kanbei on a tiny map. He coudn't win cause his Neo-Tank couldn't pass throught my infantries XD XD XD and my Tanks were ready to wash under Samuri Spirit XD. Sasha, Maverick, Rachel, Kindle and Andy with money Talent investment can whoop his ass too
