Hey Colin, what do you mean when you drive less miles than what you are allowed, that’s what you mean by minimum? Also from Bowling Green, Kentucky to Lake City, Michigan what is the best route to take?

By minimum, I mean that, at Averitt, when you pick up a load from a shipper and deliver to a consignee and that load (empty miles plus loaded miles) is between 151 and 449 miles, Averitt will pay you for 450 miles. They do that so that you don't have to be underpaid by short crappy (short mileage) loads. As far as best route from Lake City, MI... I never have driven that far north, so I'm not the best person to ask.

I think your home address should be within 100 miles of service center. Why not apply to the service center in Little Rock? I’d be super surprised if they’re not hiring there too.
