Just revisionist history. The Lakers completely changed their teams over and over and it didn’t work. The 2020 year they changed like all but 3 players, then did it again after 2 years, they have tried it already. On top of that there is very clearly a Lakers tax. Team do not negotiate with them in good faith. When the Lakers are interested in a player they have to give up way more than other teams

A bad shot is one you haven't practiced. Steph never has a bad shot. Bad positioning? Bad mechanics? Bad angles? Certainly. But the man ACTUALLY practices half- and 3/4-court shots. And double team off-balance fadeaway shots with big men all over him. And quick-release shots at EVERY angle to the basket. And finger rolls, and slipping defenses, and layups, and steals. He's an underrated stealer. He doesn't have any bad shots. He just occasionally happens to have bad timing or an off day. When he has three bad days in a row, though, you better watch out. @@AR-rn8ok is he 40? Or he is Olympics MVP and still a top 5 player in the world? Bc they keep telling us the latter. But when we point out the contradictions to that, it then becomes “he’s 40, you need to adjust your expectations.” I had adjusted my expectations…until Steph Curry took over, went absolutely berserk when the team needed it the most, and ppl said, “Yeah but no, Lebron was the most valuable player on this team.”

Kobe's clutch performance against Spain in '08 was something he needed to show the world that he is HIM and why he was the best player at that time before LeBron took over the league. This time, Steph needed to show the world, especially around the media, it wasn't just LeBron dominating the league. It was also his for almost a decade now. It was a shared domination kinda like Magic and Bird. That last 3-pointer, we will never see anyone EVER not pass the ball to a wide open KD and LeBron 😂 Simply the greatest shooter ever 💯

The only reason Nick would want Steph and Lebron to team up is because he doesn’t want to see Steph get another ring over Lebron. Clearly Steph is still in his prime and still has a few more years left to where he can contend for another title. Curry with 5 rings in “Lebron’s era” would be a knock against for Lebron’s goat argument. You ain’t slick Nick !!!

Getting under the luxury tax when you bought a franchise for $450 million, have probably already made a billion in profit, and then could sell the team for 3 or 4 billion, while an all time great player is on your roster is completely ludicrous.

In other words from Nick Wright, "He went 11th all time best player to 10th all time best player." SMH This guy actually thinks he's clever with the underhanded, passive-aggressive shade. If anything this solidifies him as a top 5 player of all time and shuts up all the haters that say otherwise. THE MAN HAS OFFICIALLY DONE IT ALL

Maybe if lbj was already 40 about to turn 41 later on this year and steph was already 37 about to turn 38 next season I could buy it but we are a year away from that so not yet maybe in summer 2025...a 41 year old lebron and 38 year old steph in the 2026 playoffs is kinda cool cause they wouldn't be a super team even with good role players next to them like an old draymond

@@razkable even with them unless they have steller cast they wont make it. curry is a poor defender and in the finals he was subbed in n out in final 2 minutes like 3 times! he phonex got bounced off. if you do not have steller support cast you cant compete. now support cast players are also in 15-20 mil range: 15*10=150+50+55 MIL IS 255 MIL AND ANOTHOER 20 FOR ROOKIE AND OTHER PLAYERS IS 275 MIL AND LUXURY TAX IS 200 MIL. SO YOU NEED 500 MIL TO BIG FOR CHIP WITH LBJ+CURRY. 3 STARS YOU WOULD NEED 300 M IL PLUS 300 LUXURY TAX. 600 MIL. ONLY LA AND SFO CAN DO IT AS THEY CAN CHARGE 50K FOR THOSE 100 FRONT ROW SEATS FOR MARQUEE GAMES AND CAN GET BACK THEIR MONEY. OTHERS HAVE NO CHANCE. THAT IS WHAT WARRIORS DID WITH KD. The Olympic squad could rely on the older guys because the total number of games they played was in a short spurt so there was less necessary time to rest and recover. The Celtics and Thunder and other young teams are elite because they possess the stamina and durability to last 82 games and win a high enough quantity without their bodies wearing down. If the season was around ten games, LeBron and AD would be the best and most effective duo. However, the season is 82 games long and as a result players like Mikal Bridges become a lot more valuable for their consistency and availability.
