The biggest compliment I can give you is my feeling of jealously. It's not because you were able to play Pebble Beach, as that doesn't compare. My jealousy comes two fold: 1.) The time/energy/effort your dad put into raising you to be the person you are. 2.) You now have the ability, skills of work, and access to opportunities like this that you've obtained through your work/efforts to give back to your dad and create (let alone document) memories like this doesn't have a price tag. My dad is 93 and lives with me and my wife and kids. The last full round we played together was at Pacific Grove when he was 91. He parred 17 which absolutely made his day! I treasure every day he is with us and remember fondly the times we were able to play this great game together. yup... 60yrs old..a 5hcp...living in Hawaii...playing in Scotland with my dad in 2000...stooooopid good. Took care of him when he got the big C in 2003 ...after he retired to Myrtle Beach....he would ride in the cart and putt after chemos....died in 2011...toughest man i have ever met. Angel on the course..love the series. not silly emotional, just really real...thank you.

I’ve been very lucky to have played a lot of great courses all over the world. Hawaii, Scotland Arizona, California Europe the Caribbean etc etc. After every one of those hundreds of rounds my wife asks me how was the golf. I usually answer great fantastic or brilliant but after playing Pebble Beach I couldn’t answer because I became too emotional. That place that bay that wonderful coastline is so special. PB is the only course that has reduced me to tears. If golf is a part of your soul there is no better place to play it. Great video.
