We hear the feedback on the highlights from earlier rounds. We'd tried to automate elements of our highlights production to allow us to bring them to you significantly faster, but clearly the quality didn't hit the mark. Nice match, Coll making it look easy, but fair do's at 4:30 it was a stroke all day to Crouin. Ball came straight back at Coll

First part phonetically "Croo" is easy and correct for English speaker but the last part "in" does not have equivalent sound in that language. Hence the confusion. You can use Google translate to get the proper pronunciation in French

@@JP-cw1hk Great explanation. One of the features of the Let/No let decision, is the decision around is the interfere material to the ability for your opponent to make their shot.

It's not considered blocking if a) your opponent doesn't take the direct line to their shot (e.g. 2:05 coll makes crouin take the wrong line, so coll gets the point) or b) if the quality of your shot was too good anyway (e.g. a rolling nick - you don't need to give access to the ball if the shot is unretrievable.)
