I really respect boss kim. How she gives her 110% in every project she has. Altho to employees would feel it's a pain in the neck when ur boss is so detailed. But it is precisely she is so detailed that is why her company is the best! And the results naturally set them apart from others. Being the best is not just half ass work. It's hard work with sweat and pain! Respect all their hardwork. As it is also not easy to work with a boss that is so strict and meticulous. Kudos to all of them!

There's a reason why she doesn't mention things beforehand, like the thing with the drones. Because it's better that way tbh. When you have an idea you know will work, or think is worth trying, it's better to just do it yourself instead of discussing it with others beforehand. I've done it too, where I had discussions initially with my coworkers, and then just put something out without telling them beforehand, but they end up liking it, as well as the client. But if I discussed things beforehand, they would have felt unsure, and may have been clouded by their previous judgement to actually see the positives when the work is actually presented. Sometimes it's honestly better to force things onto people. They need to just accept the uncertainty. Even if it sounds like a tactic that is chaotic and inconsiderate, people often lack the confidence to do what they actually want. But when they go for the safe option, they can still fail. I think people forget that. Might as well take a risk, at least you have more guidance to figure out how to succeed. You have to believe that you actually can do it, and that you're capable of doing so. Even if the possibility is not 100%, which it never is lol.

I cannot praise Director Choi enough, the fact that ceo Kim puts him beside ceo Han speaks volume how much trust she is giving this man, he was so friendly that he can hug ceo than at the end of the show. They were practically stranger before. Have to admid director Choi EQ is super high, he was the balancer,coil between those tiger ceos.

Of course, employees will feel burdened if their boss came to observe them but I think Boss Kim is different. She doesn't just come to the shoot to scold people (though it might seem like it). She comes to the shoot because she wants to make sure everything works out. She sees the little details immediately and thinks really quickly to fix these small problems. She has a quick and creative mind and her reaction time is amazing. I respect her so much.

I have worked with someone like Boss Kim before. Man....it was tiring and so stressfull. He would say his idea in front of the client without discussing beforehand and we were surprised as well...in the end when the meeting was over we asked him "can we do that? How can we do that?" And he said "I dont know, we find our way to make it happen" and man....it was hell tried to find the way to make it happen...3 days before the deadline we didnt sleep at all 🤣🤣🤣 but the result was impressive. I was lucky to get boss like him on my early days. I hated the way he made us work but in the end of the day he was right. The knowledge and experience that I gain while working with people like them (Boss Kim and my ex boss) was very precious and help me tremendeously on my career until today.If you work with someone like them on your early days consider yourself lucky, you will hate them and feel thankful at the same time.
