Beautiful! Just an idea on picking value: I’m an artist and I normally paint with pastels. I take a photo of my pastels that I have selected for my work and turn it into black and white photo. It really helps find which value set that particular pastel will work best! “Value does the work, color gets the glory!!”

This was an "excellent tutorial"! So much great information and tips. This looks like so much fun!!! I love the more difficult patterns. Many designers only continue to cater to the beginners and forget about the experienced ones.
