Collecting all your negative energy into a box - ASMR Reiki

In today's reiki ASMR session, I will collect all your negative energy in a special box and cleanse them. Layered sounds, spiritual cleansing tools, special effects, crystal healing with red quartz, reiki compilations and relaxing hand movements for a good sleep experience are waiting for you.
Sometimes negative energies do not want to leave our aura and they continue to manipulate our entire day and tire us out. And in some cases, even when you get rid of them, they can come back, find you and continue to live in your aura. So I will use my very special techniques to completely remove them from your life and imprison them in my special box. Of course this is a joke. But I think it will be a great ASMR experience for you.

It is very important for your own to grief properly. You being an emotional person is a big strength in this situation, because you will be giving all those massive feelings time and space to be properly processed. Once the process is compleated and you healed, you create a beautiful space in your heart, where warm memories your loved one can live alongside you. This is a beautiful thing to look forward to. But one step at a time. Take all the time and energy you can. Do it as an act of love towards yourself and your loved one and you are worthy of that. Hope I dont overstep anything here. Just wanted to share some potentially helpful advice that helped me. You of course can chose to not listen to it and carve out your own way. My head is aching from stress and depression. This helps with feeling like everything will be alright.
