You can go to the settings and increase the speed of Sonic when Boosted. Just why for some this value is at the minimum, although it should be twisted to the maximum.

@KingCrane You can spam cyloop any spot you want and just keep running in circles using cyloop and you can easily grind xp and ring and if you keep doing that you get max rings and you can get a speed boost and if you're trying to counter attacks hold the top 2 buttons on your controller so you can perry to counter and stop time to deal damage 👍🏽

Cyloop like a circle multiple times to get more rings and that red and blue hearts are actually seeds, if you search around the area and find a elder coco's (i dont remember the name), once you found them talk to them, and then there is a option where you can increase your defence, attack, speed and ring capacity, and actually when you fight giganto, when he tries to slice and dice you parry it immediately, and you will create tons of combos and hits, if you dont know how to parry, go to the training tips and that way will help you during vs giganto, and also if you create a infinite symbol, you will get a temporary boost, speaking of boosts, when you collect full capacity rings you will get massive speed boost
