Collecting for Bonsai - Scots Pine and Birch

You collected 2 very nice trees!! The birch doesn't have much movement but a very nice thick (old) trunk! And the pine is a beautifull tree!! Hope but will live!

Hi, I live next to the mountauns in Denver where there are amazing trees. We can only collect trees on private land with the owners permission. You are very lucky.

Gaaf.. het meest lastige is het krijgen van een vergunning of toestemming in NL. Welk stuk land is dit? :) en hoe ben je achter de eigenaar gekomen?

Elke gemeente is anders met betrekking tot een vergunning. Waar het is precies dat is natuurlijk geheim van de kunstenaar. Maar het is ergens in de buurt van de Veluwe ;)

Ik heb inmiddels ook wat contacten met boswachters. Deze weten ook veel plaatsen waar je kleine boompjes gewoon weg kunt halen zonder de natuur te beschadigen.
