Absolutely lovely spec. Please do a night time video showing the Spirit of Ecstasy lit up and the starlight interior. There are lots of videos out there showing the interior in daylight already, but nothing showing the full night time effect.

You got to be one of the luckiest women in the world not to mention the fact that you actually get to touch and see these amazing machines very jealous. Yeah I could see where you would have been nervous with those colors choosing from tiny swatches but you knocked it out of the park it's very modern looks fantastic. The plushness of that carpet is absolutely ridiculous. @@safakc8220 I know countless hard working people who still can't afford a Rolls-Royce, there is a lot of luck involved especially depending on who you know and what contacts you've got which is not something everyone has. It also depends where you live, if you're in the US or other high-oportunity countries? Sure, but good luck somewhere in Europe like Czechia or other less prospecting countries, you have no chance unless you're actively scamming people or practice black market.

The best advice that i learned from Manny Koshbin is don't buy a Super or Hyper car until you have 10 times the price of it in your Bank account, when you purchase a Super car you add a car to your garage but u add also maintenance and unexpected damages that can happen in future

you don't need that much, as long as you have 250k to 350k in cash, and earn at least 40k plus is fine. It not like you are going to pay the car off, get the car, drive it for a year or two then get something else. You don't need millions of money to enjoy nice things. You just deploy a small amount of income to have some fun. Remember you are going to get this money back ( a good percentage) when you move it.

I understand Manny advice but that's overkill. If most people did that - they would never own one. The 10-15% rule is enough - especially if you make even more with multiple streams of income. My investment properties pay for my exotics cars. It's many different things you can do to afford easily and responsibly. You don't need a million cash to afford a cheap 100k car, My first exotic was 100k put down 20k- financed 80k. Then traded up to more expensive cars. Now I have an Aventador, so it's not hard at all, Especially if you are making 20-25k plus a month with little to no debt with multiple streams and assets that produce income.

I agree with you, so if it costs 30k a year to drive a 200-350k car, when you are earning 350-400k a year that works. Not like you are paying cash, you put down 10-20%, finance and enjoy. Then get rid of it and try another exotic one. In the meantime the person is still saving 3-10k a month (or more) of their income and still building wealth.

If you have that much money sitting in your bank account, that means that you are not investing your money properly. Money sitting in the bank doesn't really do anything for you because interest rates are so slow. It's better to have $1 million in a place where it can make you 15% on returns rather than having that $1 million sitting in your bank account making you 1.5% returns.
