They are great on fuel as well i own countryman, made more for touring. But, i average 28 mpg city and up to 40 mpg highway.

Very nice! I like black on black. Picking mine up next month but I've gone for silver-white exclusive. I chose to spec the darkened privacy glass too which I think yours would have looked even better with.

Thanks, hope you will enjoy your new car :) I did tint the windows 2 weeks after I took delivery of, went for 90% tints and it looks awesome also keeps my luggage at the back seat safe during roadtrips. There will be a in depth review video soon where you will be able to see how it looks and of course all the details of the car :)

Thanks man! Yeah S is of course level up, but in my country we pay double taxes on cars, second one is based on CO2 emmisions so the S version is around 6.000€ more which was out of my budget

My wife has the same car but in red. After 4 years it has been 100% reliable. The only criticism is that the brake pads wear a lot more quickly than our previous cars. Enjoy, the 1.5 turbo is amazing 😁

This would be exactly my Specification. Just without Stripes. The Cooper is the Most elegant Version of them all. Even if i have the money for the S i would go Cooper. I‘m just not sure about the 3-Cyl.

Thanks for the comment 😀 It’s been a year since I bought mine - perfect car in my opinion! So much fun to drive, pure pleasure and much more better than other cars in this class when it comes to driving🏁 Engine is great and capable of much more - it’s offered in BMW 3 Series and 1 Series, and Stage 1 is arounf 165 HP so I think it’s still got lot of potential. For me it’s enough for now (7,9 seconds to 100km/h and 210-215km/h top speed) ✌️🏁😀

crospotter13 Yes i drive the former Cooper Model in Black, White Roof. Have it for 12 years now and still a joy to drive everyday. I like the boxy design. The new Mini is bigger but as i said i could live with the elegant Cooper Model. S and JCW are too „loud“ and i don‘t like the Styling. Of course Price is also a point. It‘s hard because when you drive a Mini every other car is boring😉 Is the engine loud/ raw at high speeds because of the 3-Cyl.? Thanks

@@Schnitzeljunge Yeah lot of people said that they like this Cooper as it's the best of both worlds (easy to use, doesn't cost as much as S/JCW and uses way less fuel and on the other hand still lot of fun to drive:) ) Nope, the engine isn't loud on high speeds, when you rev it to high revs it's got nice exhaust note but for example on highway you can crusie 160-170 km/h and the engine will not be loud, but you will hear the wind because of the shape of the car but that's on all Mini models You can check out my exhaust video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f33TeH9-jJWErqc

I had the money for a new S (test drove one) last month but bought the Cooper. With 162 lb.ft of torque at only 1250 rpm it is more than enough for daily commuting.

Thanks:) well S is more power and more optuons for aftermarket exhaust, but in Croatia we have additional tax that you pay for car based on CO2 emmision, which makes strongee cars much more expensive (S would be more than 6000 € more which was out of my budget). But I think I will go for S or JCW in a few years:)

1.5 B38 motor? Imam taj isti u svom 118i LCI-u. Iznenadjujuce brz za trocilindrasa. Do sada sam presao 30 tisuca i ama bas nikakvih problema. Zelim ti puno sretnih kilometara.

Dada, isprobao ga prije i u BMW 1, super motor, iznenadujuce dobar zvuk, jedva cekam da prode 1000km koliko treba da se razradi:)

S obzirom da je Mini laksi, sigurno bolje ide. Razmisljao sam radit remap jer je taj B38 na predstavljanju tamo 2014. imao 180 ks i 270 nm. Kao, napravili su detune jer ne bi bilo toliko razlike izmedu njega i 120i da opravda nemalu razliku u cijeni. Ali opet, drugo dijete dolazi i kontam da cu morati traziti nesto vece. Pricekat cu novu jedinicu i vidjeti. Jednom prilikom sam sasvim slucajno probao novi Civic sa 1.5t motorom i odusevio se. Taj motor isto iznenadjuje. Ima mjesta kao u prici. Bio mi je odvratan na slikama ali uzivo super izgleda. Bar sprijeda. Straznji dio mi je i dalje neprobavljiv. Mozda bih se navikao. Sto se zelja tice, i drugi puta. :)

In Croatia we have double taxes, one is for CO2 emissision which makes the S much more expensive than regular Cooper. That’s the main reason. Hope in the future to buy S or JCW but for now this is great :)
