I want a Sinn 857 UTC with the extreme temperature range. It feels like a good watch for Arctic/Antartic travel. GMT/UTC can tell the time with strange daylight and the exterme cold tolerance is good for the environment. But the extreme temperature tolerance is not a regular feature in 856/857. Sadly only Sinn U2 has these features but its design is not for everyone.
