He was a Tamashii Web Exclusive that wasn't very popular, so there aren't too many of them floating around the aftermarket. He's going to be pricy on eBay, Yahoo Japan Auctions, and Mandarake. You'd have to luck out on someone selling one cheap elsewhere.

Hi, me again. :) took your advice and went and bought me a Wargreymon figure. Beautiful figure by the way, nice detail, paint, and just everything about it i love, Also i just bought BlackWargreymon today. Just wanted to let you know my Wargreymon figure never had any loose joints in him he was fine and in tip top condition. Hello: I have seen this video some times already, I can say that I agree with all of the things you have commented about this figure. I am also a fan of Black Wargreymon and even if the eyes aren't really as impressive, I do think we can all live with that, hehehe, the figure is awesome and thanks to reviews like yours are what made me decide start buying (most) of the D-Arts figures. Keep it up!
