When I was a kid, I probably spent hundreds of hours watching Bruce Lee’s films. He was my hero. I had the DVD disc collection and I would watch all the films in order until the final credits of Game of Death when this masterpiece of a song comes on, backing a montage of Bruce’s best moments on film. Such a beautiful ending. Always brought a tear to my eye. Bruce died far too young. I’ll never forget how that made me feel as a kid. I never got to meet my hero. He gave me so much entertainment as a child, I would literally give his family anything if they asked, just because I have so much respect for that man & his legacy. I only hope I can meet him in the heavens some day.

Will this be the song I'll be singing tomorrow? Will the notes from some magical flute sail on into the sky Is this a glad song? Makes my heart go crazy, mad song? Or will the song turn to silence and leave us? A passing thing disremembered to grieve us? Will this be the song I'll be singing tomorrow? Will the piper be paid for the tunes that he played by and by? Is this the best rhyme? Major minor one and one time? Or will the tune fall from favor forever? Oh yes it's a nice song of pastimes together

I'm a huge fan but think of this if Lee was still alive then 3 fighters or more wouldn't really exist or heard of. Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Jet Li many wouldn't be famous. Although they kept Lee's legacy alive and Bruce Lee's soul is within the Heart of Kung-fu.

This sounds easily as good as any of the old school James Bond themes that John Barry was involved in which is most of them, sounds brilliant shame it had to be for Lee's last movie, may John Barry and Bruce Lee both R.I.P. legends of their craft.

Can't believe today makes it 50 years since Bruce Lee died, I may have grown up in the 2000s, but my family had Way of the Dragon, Enter the Dragon, the American version of Game of Death, and The Big Boss (Fists of Fury in USA) on VHS, I loved watching him as a kid, my siblings and parents are fans of him too.
