It is plantar fasciitis I have it too. It's a bummer, but if you freeze water bottles and roll your feet on them they will hurt less.

Plantar fasciitis can be super painful, but definitely treatable. My son and mom both had that and using shoe inserts (insoles) helped them a lot. I hope you feel better soon!

plantar fasciitis (fash ee eye tus) is horrible- if you can roll your foot on a tennis ball when you are sitting that will help, i had steroid injections into my heel... hurt like hell but worked and stopped the pain for good.

I have plantar fasciitis and i use a frozen water bottle and rub it on the soar parts of my foot. It gets rid of the inflammation and still feels good because it is cool. It's typically caused by low arches. I got arch inserts to put in all my shoes and I seriously make the bigger difference I highly recommend. The gel ones especially the are so comfortable and last forever.

Yes Rachael I think you do have Planter fasciitis I had it too you just have to rest your foot and it will go away. Make sure to wear good supportive shoes.

the best thing for plantar fasciitias is to roll your foot on a tennis ball. whenever you are sitting down, just keep a tennis ball around so you can roll the knots in your foot out.
