In most cities there are groups for parents of multiples. When my friend was pregnant with her triplets, she got invaluable advice from other parents, most had twins, there were 3 with triplets and 1 with quads. She bought her triplet buggy based on their advice and found it perfect for her car and walking. Perhaps there are similar groups in LA.

Hey, darling! You’re rocking this pregnancy! No shame in box cake, I personally prefer them over most cakes and in my personal experience they come out best when you use four eggs over three, softened- but liquid -butter over vegetable/olive oil, and half & half instead of water. It comes out 12x fluffier every time! Another suggestion, make a masked and COVID aware trip to Michaels, they must have different calendars there because I swear they live three holidays ahead! Perfect place to find little crafts to keep serotonin up!

I had 2 car seats , a twin stroller , (the car seats didn't fit in) 2 baby bouncers I used to feed them and for napping, 2 high chairs as they got bigger, and 2 cribs . I was very lucky because I was 17 and my family supported us all the way. And helped financially when we needed it.

I have OCD, and totally understand your want for control. I have really struggled with letting go and surrendering when I need to. It’s beyond frustrating when you can’t be in control of your own body. Just know your body knows what it’s doing, and it’s doing the best it can, even when it doesn’t feel like it. You can and WILL get through this Colleen, you are stronger than you know. Maybe you need a countdown, like a pregnancy advent. Peg Perego makes a cool stroller with a built in stand for Flynn to hitch a ride. It's not a sit and stand one, but the atand is so helpful without it getting in the way. I think they have a twin version. It's a lightweight stroller which is why I loved it. And it could recline all the way back.

A lot of us have had to make do when it came to having our babies. First- a shower from family and friends truly is a gift of gold that helps us average folks out. Secondly, second hand shopping and gifting. I used to depend on getting my maternity wear passed down and passing it down to others, as well as baby clothes, blankets, etc... Cribs- get used sometimes many generations. A bassinet was a bonus! A stroller wasn’t even a necessary item. A car seat was our greatest expense and concern. My first was gifted as a shower present and other children, we had to save up. But I can’t tell you the excitement I’d get when I’d get a big bag of “hand-me-downs!” Sometimes barely used. Nowadays, you can shop of Facebook, Craig’s and such to find good stuff less expensive. Think about it, diapers, wipes, some onesies and sleepers, maternity bras, or bottles and formula, a few blankets, and your car seat. The rest is privileges.

I recommend the vista baby stroller! It would work for Flynn now and then you can attach bassinets,car seats and normal seats to it! It’s really really cool and it’s litteraly made for as you kids grow up you can use it for a long time!
