If you’re going into healthcare and say your passion is helping people make sure to expand on why healthcare is your choice of helping. You can help people in many ways but why healthcare specifically? If you’re a public health major maybe say you have the passion for protecting people through laws. Be specific. Good luck! Thankfully I found this two hours before my interview. I practised this for a couple minutes and made sure that my train of thought is organised. Why are you interested in criminology? Tell the interviewer why you want to study that subject. Do you enjoy the process of investigating things and solving puzzles? If so, say that during your interview. Then talk about any experience you have related to that interest. Have you done any projects, taken any classes, or had any jobs in which you had to investigate things? Do you read crime books or watch crime shows? If so, talk about that. I hope that helps.
