NBA 2k does a great job of having historical teams and rosters and draft classes. I think it would be so cool if they could find a way to do this with a college basketball game having historical teams or historical recruiting classes.

Because of how great College Hoops 2k8 was back in the day, I would choose 2K to make a college basketball game over EA. However, College Football 25 ended up being good so I wouldn't mind seeing what EA can do but I think I would prefer 2K. We'll have to see what happens

Not difficult just make the base game 99.99 for college basketball then deluxe being 129.99 and the final one being 149.99 then if it’s a 2k bundle package you could get the deluxe of both versions for 199.99

If EA is the only ones making licensed college football then they still will make at least 200 to 400 million. If 2k gets off their ass to make one then if may take a hit. If I was 2k that would have been my strategy from the get go. EA made the college football game let's make the college basketball game. You would get a jump on the competition. 2k should have and still should make a football game like maximum football did and do a college and pro togther not licensed. Give the NFL a reason to say they know how to make football better than EA let's open it up.

I think they will, and I think it is because of how successful CFB 25 has been. I don’t really like the game ngl but regardless of how you feel about it, it is the best selling sports game of all time, PERIOD. Nobody foresaw that. So surely it gives these companies hope that a college basketball game could similarly exceed expectations as this fanbase too has been deprived of a marquee cbb game for even longer than cfb fans have been deprived.

If I had a choice on who I’d like to see make the game it’s both but 2K old gameplay was a bit better. I think from this standpoint both companies have a legitimate chance to stake their claim back into the college basketball market. For 2K it’s like ok we already kill it with the nba game how about we use the college game to reintroduce the new generation of players to the nba early by making the game & growing the audience and making export options to the NBA for draft classes both real and generic. EA had the most popular of the two series and has 2 of the most popular games period let alone sports with madden and college football. Why not make a basketball game and give 2K a run for its money in this sport like we used to.
