I love the quote, that is so good and true. That is such a great reminder that I want to keep with me day to day. I tried Celcius by watching you, and by the third day I started feeling my heart beat going faster...until Sunday 10/17 I panicked and said no more. I guess is not for me 😟!

Celcius is technically still an energy drink so they will give you that heart racing feeling if you aren't used to drinking them(Similar to Redbull) but yes if it makes your heart rate increase then i'd say to steer clear!
