Please don’t take this the wrong way but I really don’t think you are eating enough for a college athlete? Have you ever heard of the female athlete triad/relative energy deficiency? Sometimes you need higher calorie density foods to meet your high requirements. You eat very high volume foods that will fill you up but not give you enough energy
