Going this summer! How did you look up "plum" ? Did you use an English-French dictionary? or did you have to figure it out IN FRENCH?

Vous aviez testé à quel niveau quand vous êtes arrivée à Middlebury? Moi, je veux passer un été là-bas... mais c’est cher quand même! Je ne sais pas si je veux emprunter de l’argent pour y assister. Je suis dans ma première année à la fac et je me spécialise en français! Je veux améliorer mon français autant que possible mais je ne sais pas s’il vaudrait mieux aller autre part...

Did you keep up with your French / increase in fluency after your summer at Middlebury?

Yes! I am a French studies major at my university and so, my major really keeps me on track with my French speaking and writing! Overall, outside of academics, I listen to a lot of music that in French and watch a lot of videos that are in French as well! Whenever, I don't have someone to talk to in French, I talk to myself in French on a regular basis haha. That helps me as well.
