It kind of breaks my heart that you measure egg whites. Whyy girl? Okay macros tracking I can sort of half buy into but really --- You're young, thin, healthy, strong, do not have to worry about egg whites.

It's not because i'm tracking the calories of it! I always use measuring cups for things like omelets & oatmeal because I know the exact consistency of it & how I like it:)
