As an anxious girlie I have started drinking de-caf and let me tell you, LIFE CHANGING. It has helped soo much I have so much more energy in the afternoons. Also white looks so good on you, I love the shirt you wore to get your hair done. Your hair looks amazing! Thanks sm for posting ❤

Omg yess decaf is definitely a better choice I am also an anxious person and the symptoms she mentioned in the vid is what I had. Try drinking less caffeine in general !! 😭

Hey girl!! coffee is acidic and drinking it alone (no meal or snack) could be the reason… or the coffee you use can just contain a lot of caffeine and maybe use less of that? I’m a matcha girl now because I had issues before with high caffeine making me nauseous! Edit: YES CUT BACK ON COFFEE IT ISNT THE BEST! ):

i always make sure to drink coffee on a full stomach! i try my best to do it in the healthiest ways but i've definitely been cutting back! :)

Nauseousness and headache after coffee sounds super familiar to me😂😂 it's called coffee intoxication. I even get gittery, anxious and insomniac. It's when you take too much coffee and your body is not having it so it forces you to either stop completely drinking coffee or cut down on the amount of coffee you're intaking daily. I really don't know how some drink so much coffee and nothing happens to them but my body just does not tolerate those levels of caffeine apparently💀

my low tire pressure light is on too. but i think in winter and cooler weather the pressure drops and you won’t want to fill it too much cause in the summer the tires expand again

I have gastritis and typically I get headaches if I don’t eat before coffee or if the coffee has too much caffeine. Try switching to decaf! IMO it’s tastes the same :3

if the coffee is making you nauseous, it might be because there wasn’t enough food in your stomach before you drank it orrrr you just havent eaten enough throughout the day in general to balance out the caffeine!!

I drive a Honda as well and mine has had the tire low pressure light on for awhile now because the tires are all good the sensor is just acting up and I haven’t gone to fix that😂
