i use my fridge quite a bit as i go on grocery trips and use it to hold drink, milk, etc. - as for my guitar, i play it occasionally when i get bored or play with friends

Yes, you can have your own dorm, you've option where you can select and your tution fees do not pay for your meal and dorm etc.
