hey so I got into fau and I am most likely going to attend there in fall of 2018. I'm nervous about the roommate situation since I''ll be going there as an out of state student. I know some people find roommates on Facebook and people can apply for roommates, can you do that freshman year?

Idk what exactly the rules are for that but I'm an incoming 2018 freshman at FAU too. I've already reached out to my roommate and I'd recommend you go into your housing application for your roomies info and start getting to know each other! That's what I've done and I think its made us both less nervous
