Not an LSU fan in the least but if we're going to make the claim that that game was "decided" by taking back the pick six you'd have to also negate the blocked punt. There has been a specific effort to call a penalty when players "leap the shield" and leave their feet over the protection shield which was clearly done and resulted in a touchdown for South Carolina. Goes both ways. Also just make the kick. Lol.

SEC officials were trash at the UNM/Auburn game this past weekend. Every time they spotted the ball it was 2 yards back of where the ball carrier landed. Then offsides penalties for no movement whatsoever. The SEC must pay these guys extra money to make sure Auburn didn’t lose! What a joke!

Thank you Josh for calling out the awful/biased officiating. I to have watched football my entire life. What we saw this past week is a growing trend. I literally heard the announcer during the Miami game say that the flag was maybe for hitting the QB too hard. The reason I raised the question of bias is that its hard not to notice the trend in certain games that draw national ratings. Goes back to the root of all evil and we know what that is.

Josh, the Oregon hit on McCoy was not only flagged for roughing, but also for TARGETING. After review, they overturned the targeting, but not the roughing. Why? Cuz the way the rule is written, they can't overturn both. So, even though they knew it was wrong, they enforced the roughing, essentially gifting Oregon State their second TD!

CFB is already WWE now. The officiation -- which always somehow favors the bigger-revenue teams -- is a steady reminder. But, the moment they threw out W-L results last year and said "meh why don't we put Texas in the playoffs? That's what the Disney folks are telling us to do, anyway..." is when everyone but morons realized that CFB is nowhere ethically above intentionally slanting the on-field fairness to maximize $$$.

Also since you wanna get into the nitty gritty, LSU had a late hit on Carolina player out of bounds the play before the ashford “fumble” lmao

13 penalties for 123 yards and another 125 yards called back, with 7 of those called in the 4th quarter, and a plethora of no-calls on LS, 2 pick-sixes called back due to terrible calls had more to do with the loss than anything else. Plus, the SC block of the punt was not illegal according to the ruling from the league office on Monday. Have you heard anything from the SEC about the 5 or 6 blatantly-wrong calls against SC on the field saying those were correct? Nope, and you will not.
