The irony about teams complaining about the way the seeding went, is that Ohio State had the hardest path, and here they are in the finals.

I appreciate the ND story but why isnt Ohio state getting credit for losing 3 offensive line starters throughout the season, two of them all Americans and one being the Remington award winner. They've literally glued this O line together all year. As much as the UM game gets brought up no one wants to bring that up because they have great skill players.

@Edward_USMC13 absolutely he doesn't speak for buckeye nation. We want to win every game and beat TUN most of all. However if we had to choose winning a championship or beating TUN we are taking the championship everytime. Day is a very young Coach. He will get on the right side of the rivalry and has already done amazing things and shown steady improvement.

OSU is not the same team after the MI loss. The O and D lines have stepped up. Day doesn't run up the score and rests the starters at the end of the game so that may pay off now. Sounds like ND does the opposite. OSU's weakness on D is running a prevent D until the red zone and then they tightening up. On O, it's Howard unable to throw deep. If OSU O and D lines play like the last 2 games though, I think they're the best team in the country.

NFL sends 14 out of 32 (42%)teams to their playoff, FCS has 129 teams and they send 24 teams (18%)to their playoff, DII has 162 teams and send 28 (17%)to their playoff, DI basket ball send 64 (18%)of the 352 teams and DI football only sends 12 out of 130 (9%) teams is ridiculous!!

OSU lost to Michigan on purpose. They knew they were in playoff and took the time off for practice and such. They went to Oregon and lost by one point. Great game. Beat Indiana and Penn St. Why wouldn't they be in? Big 10 championship would just be another game to get someone hurt.

Like when you scored 21 against Nebraska, 20 against Penn State, and 10 against Michigan. You all have flipped a switch...but it's clearly a switch that can be impacted. I'm shocked that you don't respect Notre Dame having one of, if not the best defense. We're more talented than Texas at LB and DB and more vicious with a better DC cooking up schemes. If Ohio State comes in with a conservative gameplan like against Texas then yes ND could hold Ohio State to 24. If Ohio State gets a lot of 1v1 it could easily turn into a 40 burger. Very much respect ND's defense. I don't think they are foolish enough to plan man.
@TheLearningCatalystCoach6 сағат бұрын
@super-manny5648 sure..against a way overrated Tennessee team(that we all knew outside the SEC didn't belong) and an unprepared Oregon team. Then you barely skated by Texas with 28(thanks to both Texas blundering near the goal line threatening to tie it up, and OSU making a great play) Credit OSU for a great playoff run...but they're definitely not unbeatable, and were given 2 gifts of bad defenses to start.
