Well, you know there was this thing called WW2 and the Holocaust happened then. Israel was created in response. As essentially one of two world powers at the time (the other being the Soviet Union), safeguarding Israel was kind of like a moral requirement. We can argue about whether that was the right thing to do, but that's the context. Obviously that relationship has become twisted today. Nobody should be supporting war crimes and crimes against humanity, and the fact that pur government is doing that right now is an insult to victims of WW2 and the Holocaust. Great story! Some suggestions though: 1- NAME him in the title and several times while you speak! Prof. Raz Segal. Don't just say the 'professor'. 2- invite him for an interview. We need reputable and knowledge people to get known. Norm and co. can't do it alone. We need numbers! Ppl with credibility that can keep up mobilizing the rest. If they are going to ruin his career for speaking up, getting known can eventually provide income for him and his family. He can be then motivated to keep fighting for the just cause, hence inspiring other scholars.
