Don't blame those girls. They were forbidden from asking Mr. Gandhi political questions. However, in the course of conversation with one of the girls, RaGa came to know this, sensed a conspiracy and gave a reply very diplomatically. That is his smartness and people call him pappu. I don't think that is a wise suggestion. R&D requires a certain level of expertise which is too much to expect from school students. There also has to be a lot of investment to facilitate and run something like that. If the the teachers and students are given more freedom to get creative, as discussed during this visit with the teachers, that is a welcome suggestion.
