Very proud of your work product. Please continue your work and be strong. I went to a PWI undergrad and Law School at a HBCU. Maybe because the HBCU was Howard the “You know.” mentality may have made a difference. However, I believe that God blessed me with my higher education and work career. Both have superseded all expectations I had. I am extremely grateful and I try to help others by giving back whenever I can. May God continue to bless you and yours.

Growing up I was always around minorities I moved to South Carolina and I was surrounded by white people so I made sure to go to an hbcu

“Freddy Brooks” was the interracial child of hippies. That’s why her vibe was love, peace and save the earth. She was mad annoying to her contemporaries, but it wasn’t about her trying too hard (to be work). She just exemplified what she was taught (via her parents).

I went to Allen University (HBCU) transferred to PWI ( Adelphi University) because I left the State. I still have lots of friends at HBCU only 1 at PWI. AU ‘s classes were a lot harder than PWI.

That hood nigga comment meant me cringe. A lot of people where I’m from didn’t choose that life. It’s something their family has been in for generations out of protection. Them going to college shows a big effort of their part to change the narrative of their life. Idk why Miss Willbeforce would let such ignorance slip of her tongue when she’s was chosen to be the representative of the school. She needs be checked and her narrative changed. Very disappointing to say the absolute least.

Wow this is so crazy to hear but with myself being born and raise from the same city and state where The Ohio State University is at and the two HBCU schools Central state and Wilberforce it’s crazy to know that I work and live by the Big Ten school every day and you don’t see that many Black people on campus let alone walking around campus that’s why I just stay at my PWI online school there’s no point to transfer and I have been in and out of school since 2010 with college and it’s weird to say there’s not much changes even with HBCUs I would’ve loved to attend HBCU school but it sucks that there’s not a lot of programs and majors to take up and a lot of HBCU schools have the same programs🤷🏾‍♀️ but thank God I finally graduate May 2022 🙌🏾🎊
