Put the laces through the little loop along the tongue and it keeps it in place so much better!!! About 3 eyelets down or so. Cut the kiwi in half (or just the top little bit) and scoop out with a spoon! Like a boiled egg!!

kiwi cutting tip- cut off the ends and then use a big spoon and like put it in-between the skin and the kiwi and rotate it! (look up a video on how to do it, it's so hard to explain lol)
