My hockey coach got us hooked on liquidIV. We would be playing upwards of 6 games in 2 1/2 days so they definitely helped. I continued to drink them during summer lacrosse tournaments because it’s literally 100 degrees outside and we play 3 games in 1 day so again definitely very helpful lol. I love the lemon lime one, I drink it while working out or playing games and I feel like I feel less dead after a difficult game😂
