Please hear these thought processes out : Option 2 : I read the question. I thought yes the atoms does have characteristic spectrum and also they are stable. This is the "word by word" exact line from my textbook, my ncert which is supposed to be followed for this exam. So I marked the statement correct. This ncert might be from 2019 but until 2023 neet had complete syllabus so we students were studying from the old ncert. By the time reduced syllabus was announced, we have bought the old editions and we were told they were "concised" versions. As a student who had already marked the textbook and from a middle class family, I thought it was illogical for me to buy the new textbook just for studying "less". Moreover until the last moment we were studying the reduced part as well thinking "what if" it comes considering we have no trust the examination and syllabus here. Right now I am being punished for being studious ? for wanting to study more than the reduced ? FOR REMEMBERING MY NCERT ... or just for being not that rich ?!?!?!

जिनको एडमिशन नहीं मिल रहा है उसके लिए में दुखी हु लेकिन कुछ सेंटर्स पर ही ये सब हुआ है इसीलिए CJI ने सही फैसला लिया है ।।। और आपको तो पता ही हे की कोर्ट सबूतो पर ही चलती है ।।। इमोशंस पर नहीं ।।। और हर बार एंटी गवर्मेंट सोच भी देश के विकास में बाधा बन रही है ।।।
