A big thanks to the family and Bobby, the superintendent. Project includes: large glass tile tanning ledge, vanishing edge, sunken kitchen, fireplace, raised spa with stair stepped water spillway, fire bar, accenting home & Corton steel fireplace, and LED lights & gusher. Questions, how do you reduce the negatives of a concrete pool, such as heat loss, cracking, running salt water etc.. When building these custom pools? What coatings, insulation or materials are used to improve over a traditional concrete style design?

There are many different things that go into the cost of a pool. If you go to my Houzz page it will give you some cost ranges for the projects if that helps you. My channel is focused on the design of projects - not the cost. Costs are not the same in different areas of the country or even from city to city and even from the way pools are built.
