The problem is the whole idea of a tiny house and an electric vehicle they were supposed to be affordable the vehicles are 60 70,000 can the houses cost more than regular houses that's not the way it was supposed to be

I think the point of it is that you’re not supposed to have any more than you need. However, you still need some storage for Christmas decorations or holidays, if you decorate for those things.

You're leaving out so much information. Cost? Can it be shipped anywhere in the usa? What about plumbing, water, sewer? Do we have to pay for monthly rent for the area where we put this house?

Of course you either have to own land or rent land to put a mobile home, anyone knows that. You connect the home to an electric pole that has to be approved by your electric company. You connect it it a septic tank, because where I'm at there's not going to be any city sewage where mobile homes are going to be allowed. Usually these dealerships only will move the home so far, so, no, they generally can't be shipped anywhere. You'd have to find a local dealership. I wish they would tell the list price.

Being in residential construction I'd guess this would probably run somewhere around $80-100k. It has appliances and plumbing fixtures so you'd need to hook it up to water, electrical, etc.

I’m guessing $200k plus depending on the place you hook up monthly $600-1000 depending on amenities. That usually includes garbage and sewer but electric is separate.

What I'd do with the kitchen is move the stove/microwave over by the refrigerator and then extend the island all the way to the counter that way you can sit more people at the counter...also you can shorten the counter underneath and extend the countertop to give more seating on the end as well.

Bc the Karen's demand using coupons to buy 45 kinds of salad dressing that they'll keep for the next 15 years like my step "mother" would do. It was insane. Makes more sense to me to get a top filling old school deep freezer and a small fridge where you only have what folks consume.

😂 You are SOooo wrong about cost of mobiles today. I live in a used Oak Creek (mobile)and it is well built however to replace it with a new single wide / 5/6yrs ago started @ $ 60,000... Thats not an Oak Creek! Not Quality brand

Costs more than a house which already has land!😥 And keep in mind: when you go to get septic, electric, plumbing, those old boys are charging an arm and a leg for their services. You’ll regret just asking for a quote! Just getting a water meter here in Central Texas is $7,000.😨😰😳

Mobile homes are nice but park rent has gotten INSANE! I have a 63-yr-old friend who has to keep working as a waitress because her lot rent is $1000!! The home is paid for but the lot rent forces her to keep working. Cuz she still has household bills, car costs, a daughter in her first year of college, and just normal living expenses.
