It's a B Movie HALLOWEEN Special

Hey Guys! I just finished my latest Halloween Crossover Animation of which I’ve been sharing sneak peaks. I apologize for taking so long with this project ( was just juggling life’s catchy responsibilities happening around me).
I spent most of my time working on the 5,000 hand drawn frames which took almost all of 2019, but, I managed to get it done just before the first day of winter. Whew!!
Thank you for your patience and support and have fun watching my latest animation, which includes the notable “Brave Little Toaster” song, “It’s a ‘B’ Movie”.
The song and the Characters belong to their Rightful Owners.

My ol' Halloween heart leapt with joy at the sight of my old friends Ickis, Beetlejuice, Oogie Boogie, and Casper. Slimer, Stay Puft, Gengar, and Meowth were nice, touches (especially Dr. Facilier). Really wonderful animation here, my friend. Good job. Grew up with The Brave Little Toaster and this was one of my favorite songs/scenes from it (still love it to this day).

Including the talents/appearances of Magica De Spell, Ursula, The Wicked Witch of The West, the ghosts and demons from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, The Dark Princess from Rainbow Brite, HIM from PPG, Red from All Dogs Go To Heaven 2, and Lock, Shock, and Barrel from Nightmare Before Christmas (along with Oogie). Just an idea (I see them bewitching various heroes from respective shows and the like). Stay creative buddy!

It shows how ridiculous the algorithm is, the fact that you didn’t explode. This was so creative! I was a little surprised seeing Emily (Corpse Bride) and Casper but I noticed you said villains *and* monsters, they fit just fine. That's fantastic! So many characters with different body times all perfectly animated doing the same dances. It's amazing! My fav part was when Stay Puft grabbed them and then it went to the dance with the various ghosts flying around.

3:29 I love that you put The Thing from scary stories to tell in the dark. I recognized some pretty obscure baddies in here but this one made me particular happy. These illustrated books were one of those things on the 90s where they were terrifying but you couldn’t look away. This video really does deserve more recognition from all the hard work that clearly went into it.

@@CollinAtlee that sounds so cool. Yes there were only I believe 4 villains i didn’t recognize. 3 showed up in that clip bubbling brew. The witch elephant and weasel I don’t seem to recognize. I thought heffalumps from Pooh and the weasel from Rodger rabbit but their outfits don’t match. And the witch is probably too obscure for me to remember. The last was that red and yellow snake near the end. What are these characters from if I may ask?

​@@gangyzgirl Good Question. The witch elephant and weasel are Heff Heffalump and Stan Woozle from the late 80s Disney Cartoon, "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh." The Witch is also another Scary Stories to tell in the Dark Character. Her name is Addie Fitch, and the story she appears in is "Such Things Happen." Lastly, the snake is Rattle Shake from the Skylanders Video Game Series. Even though Rattle Shake is not a villain, I still add him there just for Fun.

@@CollinAtlee ahhh there were so many illustrations in that book. But now that you say that I recognize the shading and creepy textures. I never played skylanders so that’s why I didn’t recognize it. Also these were collections of villains AND monsters because there were some they were not bad guys but still qualified as beasties such as Marcelene from Adventure Time. I think I was most impressed was with the dance sequences. A lot of those creatures had very unique builds that had to be animated differently so you couldn’t just copy and paste the same basic postures across. Scroop and the Mother from Coraline had to be difficult with their unique abdomens and multiple limbs As for obscure I could not believe you included that villain from good times Rudolph the red nose reindeer. The only reason I knew who she was is I saw a review of the movie by Phelous lol

@@gangyzgirl Coolio. And Yeah, I Had a fun but difficult time animating the dance moves for every single character. Before I animated them, I rewatched some Michael Jackson Videos. I studied his Dance Moves, and as you saw the scenes in the credits, I recorded myself Creatively choreographing my own dance moves. It took me too many tries but then succeeded, and that's when I started animating characters. During the process of animating, and paused each scene of my dance video, to make the Animated characters well synchronized to the moves. Some of the Characters were easy and fast, but most of them were very hard and detailed, including the other mother and Mr. Scroop since they're both Spider-Like Creatures. Also, I grew up watching the Goodtimes entertainment version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. I understand its animation issues, but the movie is still a guilty pleasure of mine. My Mom, she mostly prefers the Rankin Bass Rudolph more than the Goodtimes Version. But anyways, I'm still glad the video makes you feel happy, and it brings me more confidence.

The fluidity of the characters makes it feel so natural and it definitely helps the choreography in being as impressive as it is. Great job! May I ask where's the menacing bird from and what is it saying? I can't hear him all too well.

Good Question! The Bird creature is called the Jibboo from a scene from one of the Classic Dr. Seuss Stories, "All the Things you can think!" It appears wandering at an old abandoned village at night, and then waved at a boy who is a bit farther from it, and standing frozen when seeing the Creature. The Jibboo appears as a silhouette in the book, and I revealed and designed him in my animation. It's a lot similar to the 2012 Illumination Movie based on Dr. Seuss' The Lorax when the makers reveal the Oncler's full Appearance. Here's what the Jibbo is saying just in case: BOO!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ho!! I’m a Bipedal, flightless Bird Creature made of ash and shadow. I wander through an old abandoned village at night, when some wee visitor takes a glimpse of me in sight. Well, what would you do If you met a JIBBOO?!? Also, I'm really glad you loved my animation, it was a ton of hard work, but still had a fun time. Well, Hope you're doing well and Staying Healthy.

The Jibboo, he wasn't made up by me, he's mostly based on one of Dr. Seuss' Works. He appears in the book Oh the Thinks you can Think! as a strange Creature wandering through a spooky village at nighttime, and waves hello when a boy ventures. The Jibboo's appearance is mostly a silhouette, so I thought I could reveal his full appearance just for fun(kinda similar to the 2012 animated film adaption of the Lorax when the makers revealed the Onceler's full appearance, even though in the book he appears to be an unseen character with only his green arms including his eyes showing).
