No. This is a receiver. Not a transceiver.

@@dieselten01 are there any transceivers from that time that could to talk to people all over the world

@@Zayne_24 yes of course there are. But to talk on a transceiver you have to have a Ham radio operators license from the FCC. I am not a Ham operator so I can only listen.
