In my opinion Badr looks also more mature and wounded but calculated animals could be the most dangerous ones. In my opinion that could be the things that could make him even better. No one could say Badr wasn’t an incredible talented and dangerous fighter and in my opinion in potential in the past and maybe even now the best K1 fighter ever if things went different. In the past he sometimes lost from himself or made decisions that disqualified him before even fighting in the ring, but he actually looks like more stable and focused and that could be bad news for opponents. If we looks honestly no-one is in potential such a good heavyweight K1 fighter if Badr is focused and if he was more early that focused as he looks liked now not Verhoeven, but I think Badr would have dominated K1 and that says much because also Verhoeven is better then he is credited for with his devastating kicks on the back legs of opponents. He doesn’t really knock out people quickly, but actually slowly demolish them. And yes.. also Overeem is a fighter no-one should underestimate. He is a kind of train or tank with knees that could knock-out a bear. In soccer this would be like Maradona against Pelé. I think it could go either ways.

Besides the fight: many would see Overeem as a potential trainer if he becomes older, but I think Badr could actually become a great asset too if he gets a place in a team training young and talented kickboxers from bad neighborhoods if he becomes older and decides to stop professional fighting. There is so much talent in that kind of places that is not seen. He knows where they come from and understands them and could guide them. If I was young and did kickboxing I would want to learn from someone like him on both fighting as getting advice on pits you could fall in if you aren’t as experienced in life as he is now. It’s like if you are a soccerplayer and could train with people like Cruijff or Maradona.

@@stambe8605 If you would know something about sport you would know there are more positions then head-coach that are underrated but can be as much or even more important then head-coach.😉 Badr is populair in a streetwise segment of youth that is overlooked in many ways and in wich the sport can find a lot of rough diamants who can fail in life, choose for crime or get a chance out of both by getting discipline and positive people who be on their sides in sport to get out of curtain bad societal circles. Because Badr was from a same or similar overlooked group he can become an asset in that. They listen to him and he knows the problems and pits they fell in or can fall into.
