I like this guy, and his story, but it’s pretty easy to compare Walgreens to Boots (although, to be fair to Boots, Boots is much nicer). I am more shocked that there was a Blockbuster in Berkeley in 2005! I lived in Berkeley prior to 2005 and there were no Blockbusters that I can recall.

I have a VERY similar story to Colman Domingo….. only difference… Guy + Girl, Millennium NYE, Elizabethan Era Masquerade Ball …. 2 hours before going out, getting ready in front of the mirror, suddenly everything around me in and out of mirror view fades out, I get an overwhelming a flash feeling of meeting someone who will change my life. At midnight that night I had my first kiss with this Tall, Lean, Funny King Henry the 8th dressed guy with the best smile! 3 days later we had our first date. We have been together now 24 years 2 months and 2 days!! Married 18 this spring with 3 incredible kids!! … The universe only gives when it’s right! And when it’s Right, It’s Damned Great!❤️❤️❤️

Literally knew in the first 2-3 hours of when I met my husband I loved him and I would marry him. I could feel I had waited my whole life for him. Never felt anything like that before or since. This made me cry. I remember my husband sent me a message online that said ‘I like your sass and your smile.’ He didn’t even have a profile photo. He eventually sent a face photo and the most gorgeous devastatingly handsome man was on the screen. Two weeks later after flirty and very risqué text messages were sent, we met up in person. But just before I rang his doorbell, I had to stop and reflect because I just had this feeling come over my body. This inner knowing that my life was about to change. That was May 27, 2013 and we’ve been together and married since. So when this man said ‘you’re about to change my life.’ It took me right back to that moment that I took a pause. I was in New York and meeting men for casual encounters was easy. Like ordering pizza. But the day I met my husband, when he opened the door and our eyes locked, I met a real life angel.

4 years ago there was a problem with my seat before I start the boarding to my holiday trip.The staff changed the seat last moment at the gate and I got seat next to a handsome guy. We didn’t speak the complete flight (12h) but we started to talk when we arrived in Amsterdam and we left the plane together until connections. We exchanged numbers and we both continue to our destinations. Well,now we are married ☺️

Had a similar thing happen with my husband. I went to a bar he was working at and we just froze looking at each other smiling. When a mutual friend got tired if us sneaking looks at each other, he forced us to talk.
