Colombia 2018 Part 3 Mocagua y Monos

From Leticia, Colombia, we took a boat up the Amazon River to the village of Mocagua where we stayed at the Hospedaje Tomacache. We toured the village with our guides learning about local plants, animals, and people/culture. We then made our way to nearby Fundación Maikuchiga (dedicated to biodiversity conservation) to see and play with the monkeys in the rehabilitation refuge.
