Do I Need Chemotherapy for Colon Cancer?

Two years ago, aged 75, I was diagnosed with colon cancer which had spread to my liver and both lungs. Because of my age, I decided not to have surgery or chemo and I’m feeling very lucky to still be here and enjoying life 2 years after my diagnosis. My faith has been a great help 🙏.

How can chemotherapy be considered "preventative therapy" when the drugs used are carcinogenic?

good Question.. it is same as iron cuts iron... all anticancer does not always cause cancer .. but they definitely predispose to cancer .... it is their side effect.. but not always....

When I am age14 doctor removed my half large intestine and put bag on stomach for stool for 1 1/2 year and then I am attend radiation 2years back now I am in chemotherapy going to attend 4th round of chemo...after chemotherapy all of the problem or cure? Now I am 24...

Chemotherapy lowers the white cell count putting the patient at risk for infections. I have talked to many people whose relatives have received chemo and the treatment either failed and did not do anything to them or they died from it.
